Privacy Policy

Daymere is built on a simple principle: your schedule and personal time belong strictly to you. Daymere operates entirely on your device and does not collect, transmit, rent, or sell any personal data.

1. Data We Do Not Collect

2. On-Device Calendar Access (EventKit)

When you grant Daymere permission to access your Calendar, Daymere uses Apple's native EventKit framework on your device to read and display your calendar events, calculate free-time gaps within your waking hours, and create or edit events when you explicitly ask it to.

All calendar processing happens locally in memory on your iPhone. Your calendar events are never transmitted off your device by Daymere.

3. Local Storage & Widgets

Your custom countdowns, waking-hour preferences, minimum gap thresholds, and selected calendars are stored locally on your device inside a secure Apple App Group container (group.app.daymere) shared solely between the Daymere app and the Daymere Widget extension on your device so your Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets stay up to date.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Daymere Pro purchases (Annual Subscription and Lifetime Unlock) are processed directly by Apple via StoreKit. Daymere only receives a cryptographic transaction receipt from Apple's on-device StoreKit framework to verify your entitlement and never has access to your payment card or billing details.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Because all data created in Daymere is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can revoke Calendar permissions at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars → Daymere, or delete all local app data by uninstalling the app.
