Terms of Use (EULA)
By downloading or using Daymere ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA).
1. License Grant
Daymere grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2. Daymere Pro Subscriptions & Lifetime Unlock
Daymere offers a generous free tier alongside optional Daymere Pro upgrades:
- Daymere Pro Annual (`daymere.pro.annual`): Auto-renewing annual subscription (£9.99/year or local currency equivalent), which may include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
- Daymere Pro Lifetime (`daymere.pro.lifetime`): One-time non-consumable purchase (£19.99 or local currency equivalent) granting permanent access to Daymere Pro features.
Billing & Auto-Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of any applicable free trial period). Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time in your App Store Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
3. Acceptable Use & Disclaimer of Warranties
Daymere is a productivity and scheduling tool provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While Daymere strives to display your calendar events, free-time windows, and countdowns accurately, you remain solely responsible for verifying important appointments and commitments.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lloyd Byatt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of Daymere, including missed appointments or scheduling conflicts.
